Cancellation & Replacement Policy


Since SERVUSLY does not deal in hardware and/or software purchases, the Cancellation & Replacement Policy of SERVUSLY does not cover services performed by the service providers within SERVUSLY’s network under any circumstances. However, if a warranty claim is raised by the Customer to the service provider and SERVUSLY is informed within one week, SERVUSLY will withhold the payment until a resolution is reached between the Customer and the service provider>
