Refund Policy
SERVULY’s refund policy is as follows:
- If a warranty claim for services rendered and paid for with SERVUSLY proprietary technology, then it must be communicated to SERVUSLY via the channels under the Contact Us - Servusly.com page within one calendar week of the date of the SERVUSLY payment link sent by the respective SERVUSLY merchant to the cardholder.
- If a warranty claim for services rendered and paid for with SERVUSLY proprietary technology after the initial one calendar week of the date of the SERVUSLY payment link sent by the respective SERVUSLY merchant to the cardholder, the refund will be agreed upon and settled between the cardholder and the SERVUSLY merchant directly outside the jurisdictions of SERVUSLY.
- All refund claims are subject to a technical verdict from the concerned SERVUSLY merchant. If such claim is not mutually agreed upon by the cardholder and SERVUSLY merchant, the technical verdict of the concerned, competent legal government entity (e.g. various customer rights and disputes departments in the UAE) shall be considered final.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
