Refund Policy
SERVULY’s refund policy is as follows:
- Service/repair work warranty is deemed necessary within three calendar weeks of sending the invoice by the service provider to the cardholder.
- Any service/repair work warranty deemed necessary after the initial three calendar weeks the refund will be agreed upon between the cardholder and the service provider directly.
- All refund claims are subject to a technical verdict from the concerned service provider. If such claim is not mutually agreed upon the cardholder and service provider, the technical verdict of the concerned, competent legal government entity shall be considered final. The time limitation stipulation still applies.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
